My progress is gone

Your Dad lives on your phone, with a copy on our server so a reinstall or a new phone does not lose him. If the game opens as if it were new, do not start over — write to us first, because a fresh start can overwrite the copy we hold.

I bought coins and never got them

A coin pack is a consumable, so there is no Restore Purchases button — Apple redelivers an unconfirmed purchase to the game on its own, and reopening the game is usually enough. If the coins still do not arrive, send us the receipt Apple emailed you and we will credit them by hand.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com.

The rewarded ad will not play

Rewarded ads are optional and the game is fully playable without them. When one does not load it is usually a connection issue or simply no ad available at that moment — the coins you would have earned are never taken from you for it. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you can review or change your ad consent at any time from Settings → Ad Privacy Options.

The leaderboard

Only the display name you chose, your country and your score are public. Leave the display name empty and you do not appear at all. If you see a name that should not be there, tell us and we will remove it.

Delete my data

Write to hello@playdadline.com and we erase everything we hold — the progress copy, the coin record, the runs, the leaderboard entry and the anonymous account itself. We answer within 30 days. Deleting the app removes the copy on your phone.
