Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 September 2026
DADLINE: Family Rush is made and published by THE LAST CLICK L.P., Greece. These are the rules for playing it. They are meant to be read: nothing here takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer, and where these terms and that law disagree, the law wins.
Who can play
The game is made for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from one. If you are below the age at which you can agree to terms like these on your own, an adult responsible for you has to agree to them for you.
What you may do with the game
The game is free to download and play. We give you a personal licence to install and play it on devices you control, for your own enjoyment. That licence is not exclusive, cannot be transferred, and can be ended if you break these terms.
What the licence does not cover: selling, renting or redistributing the game; taking it apart, decompiling it or working backwards to its source, except where the law expressly allows it; running it through modified clients, bots, macros or memory editors; interfering with our servers, or trying to reach parts of them that are not open to you.
Everything in the game — the code, the art, the characters, the music, the name DADLINE — belongs to us or to the people we licensed it from. Playing the game does not transfer any of it to you.
Your account
There is no sign-up. The first time you play, the game gives itself an anonymous account so your progress can be kept safely. Signing in with Apple is optional and only ties that progress to something that outlives the phone.
Anyone holding your unlocked device can play as you, so the account is only as private as the device. If you want everything we hold erased, write to hello@playdadline.com and we will do it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Coins
Coins are an item inside the game and nothing more. They are not money, they hold no value outside the game, and they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player or sold. You do not own them — you hold a licence to use them in the game.
You can earn coins by playing, and you can choose to buy a coin pack. Nothing in the game requires a purchase.
Purchases
Coin packs are sold by Apple through In-App Purchase, in the currency and at the price the App Store shows you before you confirm. We never see your card or your billing details. The coins are credited once Apple confirms the purchase.
A coin pack is a consumable: it is spent when it is used up, and it is not restored by reinstalling the game. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's own terms, not by us; if Apple refunds a purchase, the coins it granted are taken back. If you paid and the coins never arrived, write to us and we will sort it out.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase — but that right ends once delivery begins with your agreement, which is what happens the moment the coins land in your wallet. The App Store asks for that agreement as part of the purchase.
Ads
Some coins can be earned by watching a rewarded ad. Watching one is always your choice: nothing plays unless you tap to watch it, and the whole game is playable without ever watching a single one. Ads are served by Google AdMob; what that means for your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Fair play and the leaderboard
Scores are checked on our server, which is why a run that could not have happened does not count. If an account forges runs, uses a modified client or otherwise games the board, we may remove its entries, reset its score, or close it.
Your display name is public. Choose one that is not offensive, does not impersonate someone else and does not advertise anything; we may change or remove a name that is. Leaderboards may run in seasons and be reset when a season ends.
The game will change
We update DADLINE — new content, new balance, new prices, and sometimes things removed. Balance changes can affect coins you already hold, and that is part of playing a game that keeps being worked on. Anything that materially affects you is announced in the game before it takes effect.
We may also stop offering the game or its online features. That does not entitle us to keep money for something you paid for and never received, and it does not affect a claim you already have.
What we promise, and what we do not
We make the game with care and we want it to work. What we cannot promise is that it will be free of every fault, or available without interruption — servers fail, phones differ, and an update can miss something.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Beyond that, and to the extent Greek and EU law allow, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Your statutory rights as a consumer — including the right to a game that works as described — stand regardless of anything in this section.
Apple
These terms are between you and THE LAST CLICK L.P. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for the game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it; if you need help, write to us. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Your use of the app on Apple devices is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, and where it gives you more than these terms do, it applies.
Privacy
What the game stores, what reaches our server in the European Union, and how to have all of it deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and anything that materially affects you is announced in the game before it takes effect. Carrying on playing after that is how you accept the new version; if you would rather not, you can stop playing and ask us to delete your data.
Law, and where a dispute goes
Greek law governs these terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. Otherwise the courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction.
